Environment

The mg4 group takes environmental preservation seriously, as this is the only way to guarantee not only our activity but also the food security of Brazil and the world in the medium and long term. We currently have two untouched forests totaling 2400 acres, 370 acres of permanent conservation areas around the 4 water sources present on the farm, and another 750 acres of planted commercial forests. These areas account for approximately 30% of our total area, an investment that the mg4 group is proud to maintain and preserve for future generations.
All these areas serve as a refuge for several species from the cerrado and wetlands of southern Mato Grosso. In our properties it is not uncommon to come across capybaras, tapirs, deer, anteaters and even the feared and respected puma.

All this care would be meaningless if it were not aligned with the concern of our human occupation. Our homes have septic sewage disposal systems, selective collection and renewable energy, supplied through our own solar park that sells excess energy. We currently have an installed capacity of 1.7 MW, enough to power approximately 100 popular homes.
